 Thank you for your interest in YUZU WASHOKU STUDIO. We offer various classes, including a Ramen & Gyoza Class, Katsu Curry Class, and Traditional Japanese Breakfast Class, as well as Private Classes tailored to your preferences. In the Private Class, you can request specific dishes in advance.

During the classes, we will not only teach you how to cook authentic Japanese dishes but also share useful tips, such as substitutes for ingredients available in your home country. All classes are conducted in English, making it easy for international visitors to learn about Japanese culture through cooking.

 My studio is located in the heart of Tokyo, along the JR Yamanote Line. This makes it very convenient to plan your schedule after the class. For example, Yanaka is just a 15-minute walk away. This charming area is known for its nostalgic atmosphere and historic shopping streets. It is famous for its traditional architecture and is also a beloved spot for cat lovers. In fact, it has been selected as one of ”Japan’s 100 Most Beautiful Historic Landscapes”.

 Additionally, Nippori Textile Town is just a 10-minute walk from our studio. This district stretches about 1 km and features over 90 fabric and textile shops, making it a paradise for fashion and craft enthusiasts. In recent years, it has attracted many international visitors and has become a globally recognized hub for textiles.

From the bus stop just one minute from the studio, you can easily reach Asakusa and Kappabashi Kitchen Town. Asakusa is home to Sensoji Temple, Tokyo’s oldest Buddhist temple, and is one of Japan’s most famous sightseeing areas, offering an authentic glimpse into Japanese culture and traditions. The area is also known for its historic eateries and vibrant food scene.
